This therapy takes place in the open air. Therapy takes place as we walk at your pace. The natural cadence of your steps bringing a rhythm to the walk which helps to induce a light-trance and facilitate working with the unconscious.

This therapy takes place online either via Zoom or Whatsapp.
Working online allows flexibility
for you - you can choose a space where you feel comfortable to do therapy and it is just as easy to go into trance online as in face-to-face therapy.
