About hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a chance to work with the unconscious mind, this may be used to access memories, imagine future possibilities or simply to calm those racing thoughts.
Most people find hypnosis relaxing and enjoyable. You remain in control the whole time.
As your therapist I would guide you into a tranquil state, that is somewhat like a dream without sleeping, where you can search for your own inner resources for answers, new perspectives and comforting thoughts.

Hypnotherapy can help with...
Integrative therapy:
Therapy tailor-made for you.
I have trained in a person-centred school of hypnotherapy. This means that the change comes from within you and my role is to guide you through your journey from fixity to flow.

Through compassion, unconditional positive regard and authenticity, with dialogue and hypnosis change begins to occur as you are given a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings, unconscious thoughts and emotions. You can discover that which you really want and the person you deserve to be.

Therapy unfolds at your own pace and in your own unique way.

I have studied Freud, Jung Gestalt , Neurolinguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis within the context of hypnotherapy. This allows me to integrate various therapies into the sessions to make them best fit to you.

I am a certified Hypnotherapist. I have trained with The National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP) and am a member of the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
